How long will it take to receive my labels?
Our standard UK service is to print and post the labels with 2-5 days of receiving the order.
Sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. 

For a guaranteed Next Day delivery 
Please contact us by phone or email first - we do not charge any extra for the labels and can only
offer the service dependant on the time and amount of orders. We will do our best!

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and the labels are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day. 

NOTE - this is a 'signed' for service so at the delivery address you will need someone to 'sign for' the letter.

Mon to Friday delivery - the price starts at £6.75 depending on the weight. 
Saturday delivery - the price starts at £11.25 depending on the weight.

The prices above are for duplicates of the same label, these being labels with exactly the same details. Labels with different details are £5.95 each. However, if you require just a name change we only charge £1 for each name. So 5 labels (same details) with 5 name changes is £5.95 plus £4

How do I pay?
You pay for your labels once you have submitted your label design. Once submitted you will then be taken to Google Checkout to complete payment of your order. Once we have received your label design and payment we shall design your personalised wine label and dispatch it.

Do TheWineLabel.co.uk sell wine?
No, we focus solely on the quality of the labels we produce, we leave the quality of wine up to you.
It also means you get exactly the wine you want, at the best price.
However, for orders of 10 cases (120 bottles) or more we can source the wine and apply the labels, please contact us for a quote.

How do I remove the old label off the bottle of wine before putting on the new one?
Soak the bottle in warm soapy water for 5-10 minutes
Peel of the old label
Apply the new label, starting smoothing from the vertical middle and gently sliding outwards.

What size are the labels?
The labels are 110mm wide by 90mm high. Contact us if you need smaller labels for 1/2 or 1/4 bottles.

How do I add a photo to my personalised wine label?
To include a photo tick the box when submitting your label details "Tick to use your own photo". By ticking this you have notified us not to complete your order until we receive an image from you. If no image is received within 3 days we shall process your order without the image assuming you do not wish to add you own image.
